6-Unit Supported Independent Living Apartments
- The two 3-bedroom homes provide a continuum of care for individuals who have “graduated” from the main residence.
- These on-campus supported independent living homes provide a stable, safe, and well-appointed environment as the residents become increasingly independent and can more fully integrate into the community;
- Dedicated Residential Counselor provides independent living skill development and support;
- Weekly support sessions with a social worker to monitor progress and prevent symptom exacerbation;
- Facilitated community engagement;
- Opportunity to engage in independent shopping and meal prep, or to participate in the Board and Care meal program
The campus
- Is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable;
- Offers beautiful outdoor spaces to relax, garden, socialize, etc.
- Is in walking distance to Escondido shopping, cultural centers, gardens, medical care, clubhouse, and YMCA (which offers free gym memberships to residents)
